**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT & Networking System Administrator at Studio Ardete in Mohali district. The System Administrator will be responsible for system and network administration, technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of information technology systems on-site.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and install well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling
- Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long-term efficiency of the network
- Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs
- Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
- Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement
- Do regular data backups to protect the organization’s information
- Provide technical direction to co-workers on the computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions

**Qualifications**
- System Administration and Network Administration skills
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Pay: ₹11,973.06 - ₹43,096.09 per month
