**What We Are Looking for**:
We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

A System Administrator is a professional who plays an integral role in maintaining organizational policies to ensure the integrity of their network and computer systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should have 1 years+ of experience in a system admin role.
- Understanding of network protocols.
- Hands on configuring and managing Firewall rules and ACLs.
- Knowledge of configuring router/ Access points.
- Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
- Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
- Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
- Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
- Providing technical support when requested.
- Documenting any processes employees need to follow to successfully work within our computing system.

**Requirement**:

- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administratoror similar role
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
