**Job Summary**:
The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring robust security measures, and overseeing the setup and management of all IT-related systems including firewalls, CCTV cameras, and network systems. This role requires extensive experience in IT management, security protocols, and system administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and other critical IT infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools.
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment and software.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of IT resources.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services.
- Train and support staff on IT best practices and security measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA), or related field.
- Extensive experience (minimum of 3 years) in IT management, system administration, and security.
- In-depth knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in managing CCTV camera systems.
- Strong understanding of network administration and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of IT trends and best practices.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CISSP).
- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
