**Role Overview**:
A Commis chef plays a crucial role in assisting the kitchen in food preparation, ensuring that all the dishes are prepared according to the established standards and recipes. **Desired Skills**:

- **Experience**:Previous experience in a kitchen environment, either through internships, apprenticeships, or entry-level positions, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- **Passion for Cooking**:A genuine passion for food and cooking, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic kitchen environment.
- **Team Player**:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instruction accurately.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Language Requirement**:Hindi/Marathi and preferably English speaking.
- **Food Safety Knowledge**:Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is desirable. Cleanliness and presentation highly required as part of Kitchen etiquettes.
- **Mandatory**:Must have adequate knowledge on making eggs to order/ sandwiches/ salads, etc

Qualification:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
