**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily food preparation under the guidance of the Head Chef and Demi Chef de Partie.
- Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Support kitchen operations during busy service hours.
- Monitor food storage and assist in maintaining inventory and stock levels.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance of all menu items.
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management.
- 1-3 years of experience as Commis Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or lounge setup.
- Knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine preferred.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week
