We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Commi in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Commi, you will work closely with our senior chefs to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and the delivery of high-quality dishes to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Contribute to menu planning and development.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in ingredient sourcing and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a culinary role.
- Graduate in a relevant field.
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Hotel management: 2 years (preferred)
- Hotel line: 3 years (required)
