
Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and issues regarding products or services. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, providing them with information and resolving any problems they may encounter.
**Responsibilities**:
Identify customer needs and assist them in finding the appropriate solutions or products.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the cause, providing solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers, showing genuine care and understanding.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors for further assistance.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the designated systems or databases.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide the best possible support to customers.
Collaborate with other team members, departments, or external stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and provide effective solutions.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting and remote support techniques is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Salary**: ₹10,200.88 - ₹20,000.00 per month
