**Job Title: Shipping and Clearing Forwarding -MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER**

As a Shipping and Clearing Forwarding - Manager, you will be responsible for managing the transportation and customs clearance of goods to ensure smooth and timely delivery for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of customs regulations, logistics, and coordination with various stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customs Clearance**:
Prepare and submit import/export documentation in compliance with customs regulations.

Liaise with customs officials to ensure the smooth clearance of goods.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies with customs authorities.

**Logistics Coordination**:
Coordinate and arrange transportation for the shipment of goods.

Collaborate with shipping lines, airlines, and transporters to optimize routes and costs.

Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients.

**Documentation**:
Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete for customs clearance.

**Compliance**:
Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and trade laws.

Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export laws and regulations.

**Client Communication**:
Communicate with clients to understand their shipping requirements and provide solutions.

Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Cost Management**:
Negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, and other service providers.

Monitor and manage shipping and clearance costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.

**Risk Management**:
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to customs clearance and transportation.

Implement measures to avoid delays and minimize the impact of unforeseen challenges.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or any.

Proven experience in International shipping and clearing forwarding operations.

Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, Exports.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Familiarity with shipping software and tracking systems.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
