Our company is growing at an unprecedented rate, and we are interested in hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our chemical products are efficiently transported internationally, in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. You will work closely with suppliers, wholesalers, and freight forwarders and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our international logistics processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily international shipping activities, including scheduling pickups, communicating with carriers, and arranging documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, wholesalers, and freight forwarders on delivery schedules and shipping requirements
- Maintain and update shipment tracking information in our logistics systems
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure appropriate stock levels
- Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers and carriers
- Act as the point of contact for customer service inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery timelines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Relevant work experience in international logistics coordination in the chemical industry
- Understanding of international regulations concerning hazardous goods and other transportation requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in logistics management technology and Microsoft.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Schedule**:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution.
