We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized

Sales Coordinator / Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is

critical in ensuring the efficient coordination of our sales and logistics

operations, including dispatch, order management, export and import

excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under

pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Dispatch Related**:

- Coordinate with transporters to schedule daily vehicle movements.
- Update customers on order statuses and dispatch dates.
- Provide dispatch and courier details to customers.
- Collaborate with the production team to set dispatch dates.
- Record daily production reports in preparation for dispatch.
- Oversee loading activities with loading supervisors.

**Order Related**:

- Manage sales order reports, open order reports, and dispatch

statements.

Export Related:

- Coordinate daily with clearing house agents and freight forwarders for

export and import activities.
- Review and approve export checklists.
- Communicate post-shipment documents to export customers, including

shipment and vessel schedules.
- Prepare export invoices, sales invoices, packing lists, E-Way Bills, and

other pre-shipment and local documents.
- Manage clearing charges files for export shipments.
- Maintain Bank Realisation Certificates and communicate with CHA for

customs purposes.

**Import Related**:

- Track in-transit shipments.
- Review and approve import checklists.
- Coordinate with clearing house agents and freight forwarders for BL

submission and telex release messages.
- Prepare import clearance documents.
- Manage clearing charges files for import shipments.
- Handle pre-arrival cards for imports.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in logistics or a similar role, preferably in the

manufacturing sector.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask

and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with logistics software or transport management systems.
- Knowledge of export and import regulations and documentation.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain

Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
