**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator - Radiator/Transformer Manufacturing

**Location**: Vadodara
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reporting To**: Sales Manager
**Experience**: 1-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered)
**Qualification**: Graduate/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Business Administration
**Industry Preference**: Transformer, Radiator, Heavy Engineering, or Industrial Products

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, production, and dispatch. The role requires technical understanding of transformer radiator products, attention to detail, and excellent coordination skills.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Support**
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order acknowledgments.
- Assist sales executives with technical and commercial offer submissions.
- Maintain pricing data, customer master, and lead tracking reports.

**2. Customer Coordination**
- Coordinate with production and dispatch to ensure order status updates are shared with customers.
- Follow up for approvals, clarifications, and dispatch schedules.

**3. Order Processing**
- Process sales orders in ERP or manual systems as applicable.
- Track order execution status and resolve any delays or issues in coordination with internal departments.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain customer correspondence, offer files, and sales-related documentation.
- Generate sales reports, order status summaries, and pending payment details for management.
- Support the preparation of MIS reports and monthly sales dashboards.

**5. Cross-Functional Coordination**
- Work closely with design, production planning, and logistics teams to ensure technical and delivery accuracy.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoicing, payment follow-up, and credit notes.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of sales processes in manufacturing or industrial B2B environment
- Basic knowledge of transformer/radiator products (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle)
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
