**International Logistics Coordinator**: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

- The International Customer Support Associate knows and performs all the aspects of his/her department._

**_Essential Duties and Responsibilities_**_ _
- _ Responsible for extensive data entry and acknowledgment of customer orders._
- _ Schedule tool delivery, review for accuracy, and file accordingly._
- _ Handle Data Entry into Excel and Great Plains _
- _Expedite orders with purchasing to meet customer deadlines for items not in stock_
- _ Customers are end users, distributors, independent and corporate-owned offices, and sales representatives. _
- _Primarily and office environment but some issues will need to be resolved in the warehouse, checking stock, etc._
- _ Experience with MS Excel and great Data Entry ability. _
- _Preparation of all necessary documentation to ship good internationally according to each countries regulations._
- _ Coordinating with transportation companies, the warehouse and distributors to release and deliver shipments in a timely manner._
- _ Fulfilment of Logistics functions such as booking shipments, tracing shipments, delivery requirements for a shipment etc_
- _ Cover/help with workload when co-works are out or behind._
- _ Invoice all shipments within 24 hours of the cargo leaving the dock._
- _ Filling AES fillings with couriers_
- _ Shipping using UPS, FedEx, DHL and forwarders via air freight and sea freight._
- _ Shipping of lithium ion batteries and batteries packed with equipment. Certification is desirable but not necessary._
- _ Ensure attestation of shipping documents in a timely and efficient manner._
- _ Coordinating all the aspects of a shipment with Letter of Credit Terms to the specifications mentioned on the letter of credit._
- _ Follow up on shipping instructions for pending shipments from distributors to try to move shipments out the door in a short period of time._
- _ Keep record of all necessary documentation with regards to a shipment and file it appropriately once the shipment has been completed and invoiced._

**_Education/Experience Required_**
- _ Graduate in any discipline_
- _ Minimum 5 years of experience handling imports of good and local distribution of goods._
- _ Knowledge about various supply channels and shipping methods is mandatory._
- _

**_Computer Skills Necessary_**
- _ Microsoft Office, WMS, CRM, ERP_
- _

**_Physical Demands/Requirements _**
- _Occasional light work in the warehouse._
- _

**_Work Environment:_**
- _ Primarily office environment_
