Pre & post shipment documentation for Export, Import
- Timely filling of shipping bill & bill of entry
- Making Invoice & Packing List
- Handling Import/Export Customs Clearance under Duty Advance
- Review documentary credit terms and conditions in conjunction with sales contracts
- Prepare documentation in accordance with letter of credit and/or open account requirements
- Constant interaction with related parties before, during and after loading of containers to ensure proper documentation, including commercial and shipping documents
- Constant interaction with shipping agents and surveyors to obtain required documentation, including bills of lading, draft survey reports, quality reports
- Containerized shipment logistics including booking confirmations with shipping companies, freight forwarders as well as communicating with clients for loading schedules, cargo cut-off dates, latest shipment dates
- Updating spreadsheets and/or databases
- Prepare and provide relevant documentation to the accounting department, including freight and commission invoices for payment
- Draft documents and send them for final approval
- Prepare and ensure final documents all the country relevant statutory requirements are met
- Managing custom clearance of the export cargo with CHA, getting all the documents to comply with them & excise laws for claiming export benefits
- Prepare all pre & post documents of export shipment as commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading

**Requirements**:

- Should be able to speak in English & Hindi fluently
- Experience drafting pre & post shipment documentation for export, and import
- Experience making invoice & packing list
- Handling Import/Export Customs Clearance under Duty Advance

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
