**A) Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Sales personnel for our company’s businesses into FMCG and Media in Delhi - NCR. We are headquartered in Gurgaon, this position is based in Gurgaon.
**B) Your macro goals are**:
i) Increase Top-line by meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets.
ii) Find solutions to customer’s pressing problems by selling our product and/or services.
iii) Partner with the channel distributors to increase pipeline and network.
i) Strong work ethic, Customer oriented mindset, Organizational skills and attention to detail.
ii) Excellent communication skills viz., written, verbal and non-verbal. Ability to fluently communicate in English & Hindi is important. Having knowledge of local dialect is an added advantage.
iii) Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-tasking environment with dynamic deadlines.
iv) Ability to travel as per business demand.
v) Excellent knowledge of MS-Office viz., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Social Media Marketing tools.
vii) Ability to quickly develop sales pitch and sales presentations as per customer’s industry and needs.
viii) Ability to think quickly, provide creative and effective solutions for clients through analytical and logical acumen.
**D) Responsibilities & Skills**:
i) Coordinate with teams to ensure correct understanding of requirements and provide apt solutions.
ii) Play a consultative role to business partners and continuously seek out and propose creative solutions and innovative ideas to meet goals.
iii) Manage timelines, milestones and streams related to own projects.
iv) Track, resolve and escalate issues for own leads while keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
v) Market Research: Competitive Product/Feature analysis.
vi) Maintain deliverables including reporting and tracking statuses using PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets etc.
vii) Able to handle projects independently with mínimal supervision.
viii) Be a team player with seamless communication skills and the ability to discuss issues and arrive at consensus.
ix) Should be able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
