
Maintenance Executive

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance activities of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and mínimal downtime. This role involves preventive maintenance planning, troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, machinery, and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure high-quality work standards.
- Assist in budgeting and procurement related to maintenance activities.
- Recommend and implement improvements to reduce maintenance costs and downtime.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in a maintenance or facilities role, preferably in [industry].
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- **Soft Skills**: Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Certifications**: [e.g., OSHA, HVAC certification] - Preferred.
**Working Conditions**:
- May require on-call availability and night/weekend work.
- Physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, or working in confined spaces may be required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
