Job Purpose:

The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office management, coordinating with vendors, and supporting overall business functions with efficient administrative practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration

  • Oversee office supplies, stationery, and equipment procurement.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, security, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities.

2. Vendor & Facility Management

  • Handle vendor management for housekeeping, security, travel, and other services.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Coordinate with service providers for repairs and maintenance.

3. Employee Support

  • Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company functions.
  • Support HR and accounts teams with admin-related tasks.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain records of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), utility bills, and agreements.
  • Ensure timely renewal of office licenses, leases, and compliance documents.
  • Maintain confidential administrative and employee records.

5. General Coordination

  • Coordinate inter-departmental communication for smooth workflow.
  • Assist management with daily operational support.
  • Act as a point of contact for administrative queries.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Administration / Business Management or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in office administration (retail/interior/manufacturing preferred).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
