ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

To perform daily equipment inspection, fill up daily check sheet and rectify if any issue found To analyse the problem technically and find out the Root cause of the problem To attend the breakdown, and resolve the issue in the shortest possible time To repair the failed items and bringing them to usable condition

To perform the shutdown preventive maintenance of the machine

To audit the spare parts quantity

SKILL REQUIREMENT

Must be able to do MHE repair and maintenance, Part Identification for BOPT, Reach truck, Order Picker etc

Must be able to do welding with proper safety procedures

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical isolation procedure and safe maintenance practices

PREFERRED

Prefered experience in - Material Handling Equipment.

Must Travel Across India  ,Available 24 x 7 Via Call.

SKILLS: Material handling Equipments, Mechanical Systems , Electricals, Conveyors, BASIC KPIs: PM compliance %, RCA closure %, 5S score.
