Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain our LMS platform, including system configuration, user management, content management, and reporting.
- Develop and implement best practices for LMS usage and content development.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configuration, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for LMS users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure LMS meets the needs of the organization.
- Stay current with new LMS features, updates and trends and recommend improvements accordingly.
- Create and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions for LMS users.

Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or certification in Learning & Development.
- 5-7 years of experience in LMS administration and management.
- Strong knowledge of LMS platforms, such as Blackboard, Canvas, or Moodle.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of e-learning standards such as SCORM and AICC.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate, Captivate, or Storyline.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
