- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. To review all the document related projects and communicate the points with client which is not in favor to us
- Anchor Bolt to be submitted to client and get it approved for GA drawing Process
- GA Drawing to be submitted and get It approved to process for Detailing Work - Sheeting View color and Pattern confirmation
- Clear and confirm customer registration form to be submit in account for billing purpose
- Proforma Invoices are to be raised as per the stages come and get the payment for further process
- TO update management for the manufacturing of project whose payment are cleared for starting the mfg activity
- Regular Follow up of payment as per the payment terms of Supply & Erection Work
- List of Order Summary to be update regularly
- Project Billing to be monitor : Giving the rate for billing, Complete billing in agreed project cost, tally with the IPC team
- Ledger reconciliation with client.
- Making Post Order Schedule of the Project and share to engineer to follow the timeline to finish up the work
- Regular co-ordination with production, purchase and IPC Team in order to achieve timely delivery.
- Respond to complaints received from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- To give clearance of dispatch accordingly to the available advance. In case of No advance, approval to be taken from management
- Site Co-ordination: Processing water bill monthly basis. Site Report on regular basis
- Site Photos to be save in respective folder.
