Upon Finalization of Order : Order Document bunch to be sent to client and get the hard copy/soft copy of PO & WO for finalized project in coordination with sales Team or directly from client
- Finalized Offer
- Draft PO & WO copy
- Introduction Letter
- Customer Registration Details
- Proforma Invoice
- Bank Details

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. To review all the document related projects and communicate the points with client which is not in favor to us

Clear and confirm customer registration form to be submit in account for billing purpose
- Proforma Invoices are to be raised as per the stages come and get the payment for further process
- List of Order Summary to be update regularly
- Project Billing to be monitor internally: Giving the rate for billing, Complete billing in agreed project cost, tally with the IPC team
- Ledger reconciliation with client.
- Making Post Order Schedule of the Project and share to engineer to follow the timeline to finish up the work

Regular co-ordination with production, purchase and IPC Team in order to achieve timely delivery.
- Respond to complaints received from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Site Co-ordination: Processing water bill on a monthly basis. Site Report on regular basis. Maintain expense detail of site engineers based on daily DPR
- Informing site engineers about the daily dispatch of material

REPORTS TO BE MAINTAINED BY PMD:
a. Order Intake List

b. Cash Flow Details

c. Due Payment Summaries

d. Tax Erection Invoice raised/pending details

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
