**Reports to: Head Chef**

**Job Summary**:
The Continental Commie 1 is responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and production of high-quality continental cuisine. This includes assisting with the preparation of ingredients, cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The Continental Commie 1 plays a vital role in ensuring that all dishes meet the company's standards and customer expectations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking continental dishes, following recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly measured, prepared, and ready for cooking.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Help in the stocking and rotation of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors regarding any issues or concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role or culinary training is preferred.
- Knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Lift and carry heavy pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Work in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
