We' are a leading company in US seeking an experienced CSR for processing orders on a daily basis in India, you'll be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials by sending Purchase orders to vendors for goods and services for our trade show and exhibition programs. Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled CSR/ Purchasing Agent to manage our trade show and exhibition procurement needs. As a CSR / Purchasing Agent, you'll work closely work with our Sales Rep team to source and procure materials, goods, and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. If you have excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Source and procure materials, goods, and services for trade shows and exhibitions.

2. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

3. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

4. Analyze market trends, prices, and availability to ensure best value.

5. Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Trade Show and Exhibition Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and executing trade show logistics, including shipping,

2. Coordinate with Vendors and Production team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and goods.

3. Develop and maintain knowledge of trade show industry trends, best practices, and regulations.

**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of experience in CSR / purchasing, procurement, or a related field.

2. Experience with trade show and exhibition procurement preferred.

3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

4. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

6. Knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Nice to Have:
1. Certification in procurement or a related field

2. Experience with procurement software and technologies.

3. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
