**Role Context**:
As a part of our global recruitment team, you will play a key role in Talent Acquisition for our leading markets. You will champion the change for sourcing the right talent within global leading markets, such as Offshore Wind, Data Centres and our digital consultancy business.

As our new recruiter, you will:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, liaising with stakeholders on requirements and develop direct recruitment solutions;
- Headhunt passive talent and continuously build talent pipelines.

**Location**
The current recruitment team is Mumbai based, however remote working is possible in line with our flexible working policy.
