  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and travel internationally when required.

Job Summary:

We are a reputed Hotel Management Institution based in Navi Mumbai, looking for a dynamic and results-oriented International Recruitment and Business Development Executive. This role involves expanding our global footprint through strategic student recruitment, developing partnerships with institutions and industry, and representing our brand in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

International Student Recruitment

  • Plan and implement strategies to recruit international students for hospitality, culinary, and tourism programs.
  • Partner with global education consultants, recruitment agencies, and school/university counselors.
  • Represent the institution in international education fairs, webinars, and virtual/student engagement events.
  • Handle lead follow-ups via email and phone; maintain strong conversion rates.

Business Development

  • Identify and build partnerships with hotel chains, tourism boards, and hospitality organizations globally.
  • Coordinate internship and placement tie-ups with industry leaders.
  • Support creation of articulation agreements with foreign academic institutions.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain and expand relationships with overseas agents, recruiters, and partners.
  • Be the primary point of contact for international recruitment queries.
  • Engage with alumni abroad to strengthen brand presence and referrals.
