Role Description

This is an internship role for a Recruiter Intern, located on-site in Mumbai. The Recruiter Intern will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, the Recruiter Intern will assist with HR administrative tasks and support other team members in various recruitment-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with HR administrative tasks and candidate databases
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
