We are looking for a **Discord Community Moderator** with **12-14 months of experience** in managing online communities, particularly in the **Web3, crypto, NFT, or blockchain space**. If you are passionate about decentralization, love engaging with communities, and have strong moderation skills, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Community Engagement & Moderation**: Actively engage with community members, answer queries, and foster meaningful discussions around Web3, blockchain, and crypto topics.
- **Moderation & Compliance**: Enforce community guidelines, prevent spam, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all members.
- **Event & Campaign Support**: Assist in organizing AMAs, giveaways, and other engagement activities to keep the community lively.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve disputes, escalating issues to the team when necessary.
- **Content & Updates**: Share important project updates, announcements, and educational content to keep the community informed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to provide community feedback and insights.

**Requirements**:

- 12-14 months of experience in community moderation, preferably in a **Web3/crypto-focused** project.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Proficiency in **Discord** and familiarity with moderation bots/tools (e.g., MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot).
- Strong communication skills (English fluency is a must).
- Ability to **handle conflicts** and maintain a **positive community atmosphere**.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones and community needs.
- Bonus: Experience with **Telegram, Twitter, or other Web3 communities**.
