**Job Description: Field Level Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Willingness to Travel is a must**

**Knowledge of Tamil is mandatory**

**Freshers are welcome as long as they are willing to travel**

**Knowledge of Agri finance is preferred.**
- Should engage in delivering financial awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate and oversee activities related to the project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Drive achievement of project deliverables through effective leadership.
- Provide regular reports and updates on project progress to senior management.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities, community leaders, and partner organizations, to facilitate smooth execution of activities.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and field activities, making adjustments as necessary to optimize impact.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Agriculture, Economics, Development Studies, Business Administration).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in conducting field-level activities, preferably in rural development, agriculture, or financial inclusion sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Tamil (both written and spoken).
- Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results in challenging environments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, especially under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project locations across Tamil Nadu.
- Passionate about making a positive impact through community engagement and financial education.

**Additional Information**:

- Location: Based in Tamil Nadu with frequent travel to project sites.
- Compensation: Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
