Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Agriculture Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting field visits, guiding farmers on crop management practices, and ensuring effective implementation of our agricultural programs and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor crop health and provide agronomic guidance to farmers.
  • Promote company products and solutions through demonstrations and field trials.
  • Support farmers in pest, disease, and nutrient management.
  • Collect and analyze field data to improve product performance.
  • Coordinate with the sales and agronomy team to achieve company objectives.
  • Organize farmer meetings, training programs, and awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure timely reporting of field activities and progress to the management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of field or agronomy experience (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
  • Skills:
  • Good communication in Tamil & English.
  • Strong technical knowledge in crop production and protection.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
