**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including farmers, distributors, and retailers.
- Provide detailed information about our products, including benefits and usage.
- Understand customer needs and address inquiries effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Document call interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in agriculture, business, or related field is a plus.
- Experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the agriculture or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Ability to speak and communicate in Hindi Language preferably
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for agriculture and understanding of industry trends is an advantage.
