**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular field visits to support farmers and promote company agricultural products.
- Plan and execute field demonstrations and awareness programs.
- Maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and farmers in the assigned region.
- Monitor field performance, gather crop data, and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
- Ensure timely feedback and follow-up with clients and farmers.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture (Preferred: Diploma Agri also acceptable)
- **Experience**: Minimum **1 year** of relevant field experience.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong agricultural knowledge and practical field experience.
- Excellent communication skills in **Tamil** (Basic English preferred).
- Good interpersonal and farmer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned locations.
- Reporting and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
