**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, market demand, and competition.
- Analyze trends in agricultural products and services.
- Develop insights into pricing, quality, and availability of agricultural products.

**Strategic Marketing & Promotion**:

- Develop marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences, including farmers, distributors, and consumers.
- Create advertising materials, brochures, and online content to promote agricultural products.
- Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and farmer engagement events.

**Sales & Distribution**:

- Build relationships with buyers, wholesalers, and retailers in the agricultural sector.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supply agreements for agricultural goods.
- Ensure the efficient distribution and logistics of products to target markets.

**Farmer Support & Education**:

- Provide farmers with advice on pricing strategies, quality improvement, and market access.
- Conduct workshops to educate producers about market trends and best practices.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders detailing market performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Marketing, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or supply chain management, preferably in the agricultural sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and supply chain logistics.

**Key Attributes**:

- Passion for agriculture and sustainability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

**Languages**:
English and Telugu are mandatory; Hindi and other languages are welcome.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
