Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree The Relationship Manager-Portfolio will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our agricultural clients understanding their unique needs and providing tailored financial solutions This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a deep understanding of the agricultural industry and its challenges The manager will work closely with our marketing branches to develop and execute effective strategies to attract and retain clients Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and increase business opportunities Conduct thorough research and analysis of the agricultural industry to identify potential clients and market trends Build a strong network of agricultural clients and maintain regular communication to understand their evolving needs Collaborate with marketing branches to create targeted marketing campaigns and events to promote our financial services Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial matters ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty Monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities and take proactive measures to mitigate risks Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including farmers agricultural businesses and industry associations Assist in the development of innovative financial products and services tailored to the agricultural sector Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team to ensure continuous improvement Qualifications A bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field is preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management preferably in the agricultural or banking sector Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry including its unique challenges and opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Proficiency in using financial software and tools for portfolio management Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work
