Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute autonomous missions for precision farming, including route planning and optimizing flight paths.
- Monitor drone performance during operations, ensuring that all missions are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of UAV systems to ensure optimal performance during field operations.
- Ensure safety compliance with both aviation and agricultural standards during drone operations.
- Document flight logs and mission reports to track performance and suggest improvements for future operations.
- Work with farmers and agronomists to optimize spraying techniques based on crop types and weather conditions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a drone pilot, preferably with agricultural or UAV spraying operations.
- Knowledge of flight planning software like Mission Planner, QGroundControl, or similar.
- Ability to operate autonomous and manual drones efficiently over large farmlands.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make real-time adjustments to flight paths.
- Experience with drone maintenance and repair is a plus.
- Certification in UAV operations from an accredited body is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and technical teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,141.32 - ₹32,043.75 per month
