**The role is responsible for measuring and managing the overall credit risk involving with the company. Also oversees the company’s credit and collections policies, procedures and processes ensuring all risks are addressed appropriately through evaluation and developing required risk framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct responsibility for the credit quality and risk performances
- Portfolio reviews covering areas of delinquency reports, perusing Early Warning System (EWS) reports.
- Portfolio intervention and resolutions strategies
- Serves as a member of Asset Liability Committee and acts as a liaison between the Asset Liability Committee and the lending units with respect to Credit Policy monitoring
- Develops and monitors credit policies and procedures
- Coordinated and cohesive risk-taking strategy
- Implementation and management of the Credit Scoring model
- Credit Reporting and Monitoring framework
- Recommend modifications and projections, and the competitive environment

Functional Competencies:

- Should have through knowledge in various facets of Credit administration including processing of proposals, credit analysis, restricting, syndication etc

Qualification: CA/ MBA/ Post graduate in management/ finance

Experience: 18+ years’ experience in banking/financial sector with expertise in credit delivery/ underwriting, policy, risk of Corporate, SME, Credit underwriting and Retail and Consumer finance.
