**Position**: Chief Financial Officer**Industry**: NBFC**Reporting to**: CEO**Location**:MumbaiRole & responsibilities:
- 1. Financial Strategy and Planning- 2. Guide the company on capital structure decisions, financing mix, and leverage to maximize overall corporate value.- 3. Regulatory Compliance- 4. Debt and Equity Raise- 5. Provide strategic financial direction to various functions to meet business targets.**Key Activities**:

- 1. Prepare and drive annual Budget- 2. Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies.- 3. Liaise with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions for credit limits, borrowings, and- investments.- 4. Manage credit ratings.- 5. Control and manage the F & A team and accounting processes at different levels with- defined roles and responsibilities.- 6. Ensure timely finalization and auditing of accounts and all statutory compliances.**Requirements**:
- Qualified CA/MBA with 18+ years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in a- functional leadership role.- accounting and statutory laws.-
- Demonstrated business acumen, leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and- impeccable integrity.
