Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Mumbai

Compensation:

- The compensation package for this role is in the range of INR 36 to 45 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).

We are a prominent player in the construction and infrastructure sector, is seeking an accomplished
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a distinguished career as a Chartered Accountant (CA). The ideal
industries, and a proven track record in domestic and international fund raising.

**Responsibilities**:
Financial Strategy:

- Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the unique dynamics of the
construction and infrastructure industries.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the sector.
Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models specific to the
construction and infrastructure domains.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance against key industry metrics.
Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks inherent to the construction and infrastructure
sectors.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate industry-specific financial risks.
Financial Reporting:

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting tailored to the needs of the construction and
infrastructure industries.
- Present financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and other relevant
stakeholders.
Fundraising:

- Lead fundraising efforts, both domestically and internationally, to support the financial needs of
construction and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors in the sector.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
