**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Data Management**:Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Segment with technical teams for effective issue resolution.
- **Customer feedback**:Gather and analyze customer feedback and complaints.Collaborate with product development and quality control teams to address issues.
- **Loyalty Programs**:Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and incentives.Monitor Customer participation an provide performance reports.
- **Sales Support**:Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Assist in generating sales leads and tracking lead conversions.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze customer behavior and purchasing patterns to identify trends and opportunities.Provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.
- **Communication**:Create and manage customer communication materials, such as newsletters ,product updates and promotional content.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in CRM, preferably in our industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing customer needs.

**Specific Requirement-** Only Female

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
