The Production Officer is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively. This role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining production schedules, managing resources, and ensuring quality control. The Production Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the production line and improving overall efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets.
- Coordinate with the planning department to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in production requirements.
- **Process Management**:

- Oversee the production process and ensure it is carried out efficiently.
- Monitor production activities and ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure the final product meets specified standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality assurance.
- Work with the quality control department to address any quality issues.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement department for replenishment.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Promote a safe working environment and conduct safety training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain production reports, including daily output, downtime, and efficiency metrics.
- Document production processes and maintain records for audit and review purposes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on production status and performance.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement changes.
- Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Required somebody who has bread production experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
