**Responsibilities:

- **
- Gaining in-depth knowledge about the company’s products and services. Trainees should be able to explain the product features, benefits and value proposition effectively.
- The trainees need to identify potential customers, qualify leads and build a customer database and conduct market research.
- Observe and shadow experienced sales executives and learn about different sales techniques, customer interactions etc.
- Tracking Leads, Managing Sales Pipelines,and ensuring that all paperwork and documentation is done on time.
- Addressing customer objections, negotiating terms and conditions and finalising sales agreements.

- Strong Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written
- A Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and Sales
- Basic Negotiation and Persuasion Skills and the ability to read the customer.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively while prioritising tasks.
