Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flight, train, and local transport bookings for employees, consultants, and guests.
Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and IRCTC for seamless ticketing and itinerary management.
Ensure compliance with the company’s travel policy and budget guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, invoices, and reimbursements.
Provide timely updates and support to travelers regarding changes, cancellations, or delays.
Negotiate corporate rates with travel vendors and ensure cost-effective travel solutions.
Assist in visa processing and travel insurance arrangements when required.
Prepare travel MIS reports and submit them to the management on a regular basis.
Handle emergency travel requirements and last-minute changes efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer service and traveler satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of flight and train booking platforms (e.g., IRCTC, airline portals, GDS systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline. A diploma or certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
5-10 years of relevant experience in a corporate travel desk or hospitality environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
