Job Description: Travel Desk Executive
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Ticket Booking**:
- Book domestic and international flight tickets for employees and clients.
- Research and compare airfares to find the most cost-effective options.
- Ensure timely issuance and delivery of tickets.
- Handle ticket cancellations, refunds, and rebookings.
- **Visa Processing**:
- Coordinate with embassies and consulates to expedite visa processing.
- **Hotel Bookings**:
- Book hotel accommodations for employees and clients, considering factors such as location, budget, and amenities.
- Negotiate corporate rates and discounts with hotels.
- Handle hotel cancellations, modifications, and check-ins.
- **Travel Itinerary Planning**:
- Create detailed travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Provide travel advice and recommendations, including visa requirements, health advisories, and travel insurance.
- **Expense Management**:
- Process travel expense claims and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-6 years of experience in travel planning and management.
- Strong knowledge of travel industry regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in using travel booking tools and GDS systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
