**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients to sell advertising space in the **magazine**, **events**, and **digital platforms** (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, News website).
- Develop customized advertising solutions to meet clients’ marketing objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with the creative and digital teams to ensure ad campaigns are executed effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing opportunities.
- Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong **sales and negotiation** skills.
- Excellent **communication and presentation** abilities.
- Good understanding of **digital marketing, social media, and print media**.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of **analytics and ad performance metrics** is a plus.

**Qualifications**
- Any Degree / Bachelor's degree
- Fresher or 1- 2 years ( experience in Ad/media space selling preferred ) field sales, and marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time.

Pay: ₹18,000/- ₹30,000/- per month

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
