**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Backend Support Executive to join our team in Chennai. The role involves supporting the sales team with administrative, coordination, and customer service tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with documentation, proposals, quotations, and order processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Handle inquiries and follow-ups from customers regarding order status, product information, and service issues.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for order dispatch.
- Support the creation of presentations, sales materials, and tender documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, terms, and pricing.
- Experience in product sales is preferable.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of local and regional sales processes.
- Fluency in English, Tamil and Hindi speaking is must.
