**Job Title**: Backend Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records accurately.
- Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process documents, files, and reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather or share necessary information.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and official correspondence.
- Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical).
- Support management in handling administrative tasks.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy.
- Follow company procedures and ensure adherence to internal policies.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar backend or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
