**Hiring: Pre-Sales Executive - GT Bharathi Urban Developers Pvt Ltd**
Greetings from **GT Bharathi Urban Developers Pvt Ltd** We are looking for a dynamic and proactive **Pre-Sales Executive** to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide detailed information about properties, including features and amenities.
Schedule and conduct property tours for interested clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties.
Follow up with potential buyers to keep them engaged.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams on promotional strategies.
Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals and documents.
Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities.
**Qualifications**:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
✔ Experience in pre-sales or real estate sales.
✔ Strong knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
✔ Well-organized and detail-oriented.
