About the Role:
Robinson Homes is hiring a Presales Executive to manage inbound leads, engage potential customers, and bring them to our Experience Center for detailed discussions with our Managing Director. The role requires strong communication, persistence, and a passion for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Call and engage with potential clients from the company's lead database.
- Explain our end-to-end home construction and interior services.
- Fix appointments and ensure clients visit the office for discussions.
- Follow up with clients after meetings to encourage revisits and conversions.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and feedback.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Experience in telecalling, presales, or customer handling (real estate or construction preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
