**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team in the **BPO industry**. This role involves **upselling and cross-selling** products and services to **international customers (US/UK markets)**. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** as part of an international voice process (US/UK).
- Actively **upsell and cross-sell** relevant products/services to customers.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships through **clear communication and consistent follow-ups**.
- Achieve or exceed **monthly sales targets** and performance KPIs.
- Maintain CRM updates and accurate call logs as required.
**Key Requirements**:
- **0-3 years** of experience in a **BPO or international voice process** role.
- Proven experience in **upselling, cross-selling**, or customer acquisition.
- Exposure to **US/UK markets** through international calling is **mandatory**.
- Excellent **spoken English and interpersonal skills**.
