**Position Overview**: We are looking experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team. Knowledge of the Tamil language is required.

**Requirements**:

- Product knowledge (preferably experience in the gambling industry);
- Affinity with Technology;
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Tamil.

**Responsibilities**:

- The main point of contact for customers actively using the product';
- Gain a thorough knowledge of the product to be able to effectively answer customer queries;
- Communicate effectively with other team members to seek answers and information where required;
- Referring support enquiries to the appropriate department where required;
- Answering customer enquiries professionally in a timely manner;
- Working on shifts including weekends. For now, we will cover until 01:00 AM IST, but in future, we will need night shift coverage as well.
