**Job Summary**:
Join our customer support team to handle inquiries via WhatsApp, live chat, and social media for a leading hair transplant clinic. When chat is unavailable, you will also assist with customer calls. This role provides an opportunity to help clients on their hair restoration journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, live chat, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Provide information on hair transplant procedures, pricing, and consultations.
- Assist customers with booking consultations and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound calls when chat or social media support is unavailable.
- Build positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Experience in customer service or social media management, ideally in healthcare or beauty.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly tone.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries across different platforms.
- Ability to handle customer calls when needed.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
