- Identifying and assessing customers' needs through verbal communication.
- Meeting personal and team targets for sales and call-handling quotas.
- Handling customer complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring resolution

for orders, exchanges, and refunds.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and maintaining documentation.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Engaging customers through phone calls to enhance their overall experience.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle phone inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and phone communication systems.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
